All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.
Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider at the time of purchase.
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be exact. Minor variations in handcrafted or buildable products are normal and not considered defects.
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Before your order ships: cancel any time for a full refund. No fee, no questions. Write to [email protected] or reply to your order confirmation.
Damaged, defective, or missing pieces:we send replacement parts free of charge. No forms, no return required. If a kit arrives damaged beyond what parts can fix, we’ll replace it. Contact us with your order number and a photo.
Change of mind:you have 30 days from delivery. If the kit is unopened and in its original packaging, write to [email protected] and we’ll send return instructions; once it arrives back, we’ll refund the purchase price in full (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility). If you’ve already opened the kit, contact us anyway. We handle opened kits case by case, and we may issue a refund without requiring a return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.
All content on the Site, including text, images, illustrations, logos, character designs, product designs, and branding, is the property of Hoshika Works or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
If you submit content to us (such as reviews, photos, or messages), you grant Hoshika Works a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit.
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
